PRODUCTION PROCESS..

Sourcing:- Brass is sourced from the most reputed vendors and is inspected by its QC staff before it is sent for casting
Casting:- Virgin brass & scrap is casted into various moulds as per the pattern using the gravity die casting process. Burnt core are thus meticulously removed from the cast products
Machining:- Cast products are machined as per design requirement to create threads
Grinding:- The machined product is thus grinded using belt grinders to achieve smooth finishes without sharp edges
Polishing:- The grinded pieces are polished on high speed polishing machines to achieve perfect surface with high glass and sheen
Testing:- Having undergone the above processes, the pieces are then meticulously checked for surface defects. The water carrying components are checked with pressure machines
Finishing:- The tested & inspected pieces then undergo the process of finishing
Assembly:- The coated pieces are assembled as per the requirements. The assembled pieces are once again checked and tested with hydraulic pressure. The tested and approved pieces are then packed in corrugated colour boxes that go into wooden crates or jute lined corrugated boxes. The packed goods are then subjected to the random checking by the management.

Then the goods are ready to be dispatched to millions of institutions and homes who value Satyam for its quality and reliability.
